By clicking submit, you are acknowledging the following:
Upon submitting a warranty claim to the manufacturer, the manufacturer may charge for Shipping/Freight of the new part(s), and may have instituted a Quality Assurance program.
The Manufacturer's Quality Assurance may require damaged parts to be returned; if so, an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) will be forwarded to you for the return of the parts. The Manufacturer's Quality Assurance will not provide freight quote or pay the Shipping/Freight costs for returned goods; this is the customers responsibility.
It is the customer's responsibility to hold the presumed defective parts for a period of 90 days, should the defective part be required back by the manufacturer to determine warranty coverage/replacement.
In the event that the Manufacturer's Quality Assurance opts to charge DMG for Shipping/Freight of any new part(s) – or – any part(s) required by the Manufacturer's Quality Assurance to be returned that subsequently do not get returned - or - part(s) NOT deemed warranty; then your company will receive an invoice from DMG for these charges.
Note – We will only invoice in the event that we are charged by the Manufacturer!
