Labor Rates Scheduling Guidelines:


Service Technician, Field Service Representative – Each:

Monday – Friday  6:00am-4:00pm:                                                      $215.00/hour

Monday – Friday  4:00pm-6:00am:                                                      $322.50/hour

Saturday Overtime (No Holidays):                                                       $322.50/hour

Sunday & Holidays:                                                                  ​            $430.00/hour

Remote Support – Each:

Monday – Friday  7:30am-4:30pm:                                                      $125.00/hour

Truck Charge (applied to each daily visit):                                    $215 Truck Charge

Travel Time

  • Travel time is billable time. Currently, this is portal to portal from the nearest DMG Branch Office.
  • Outside of 100 miles one-way, we reserve the option to have the technician stay overnight and charge for lodging/meal expenses.
  • A full day will be charged for the visit if travel is over 100 miles round trip for any work, including startup.

Service Technician Call Minimums (all non-regular service call time shall include portal-to-portal travel costs):

Regular Time Service Call – 4 Hours

Overtime Service Call – Monday – Friday (Excluding Holidays) – 4 Hours Saturday Overtime (Excluding Holidays) – 4 Hours

Sundays & Holidays – 8 Hours

Credit Card Transactions:

*Please note all credit card transactions will incur a 2.75% processing fee*

Cancellations:

After personnel are dispatched to the site, cancellations shall result in full days of job costs. Cancellations with notice after NOON of the prior day will be accessed for ½ Days of job cost if personnel cannot be rescheduled.

Not included in hourly rate:

Any documentation or forms other than standard OEM startup sheets. i.e., commissioning forms, custom startup sheets, parts matrices, training materials, insurance program enrollment, etc., will be billed at an administrative rate of $85/hour.

  • Customer Training
  • Materials of any kind.
  • Labor Warranties.
  • Hot work and refrigeration work materials will be billed additionally.
  • Product pickup and deliveries to project sites will be billed from portal to portal.
  • Building Fees and permits.
  • Site-specific insurance program fees, i.e., COIP and CCIP program enrollment.
  • Site-specific safety program fees.
  • Painting/Patchwork.
  • Clear and safe access must be provided to perform service.
